  2. "Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Website.
  3. "Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  4. "Website" refers to newgunjan.com, accessible from https://newgunjan.com.
  5. "You" means the individual accessing or using the Website, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf such individual is acting.

Shipping Policy

  1. We ship across India.
  2. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  3. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  4. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
  5. Delivery timelines may vary due to festivals, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  1. COD is available only on orders above ₹599.
  2. Orders below ₹599 must be prepaid.

Order Cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  2. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  3. To cancel, contact us immediately by email or phone with your order number.

Return & Exchange Policy

At New Gunjan, we strive to provide the best quality products while maintaining hygiene standards. As such, our return and exchange terms differ from standard e-commerce defaults, as detailed below.

Eligible for Size Exchange

The following products are eligible for size exchange only, subject to stock availability:

  1. Blouses
  2. Petticoats
  3. Nightwear
  4. Shapewear (if unworn and hygiene seal/tags are intact)
  5. Non-intimate clothing and apparel

Conditions for Exchange:

  1. The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and bills.
  3. Products with stains, perfume, deodorant marks, damage, or signs of use will not be accepted.
  4. You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions, at our sole discretion.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  1. Panties
  2. Bras
  3. Lingerie sets
  4. Socks
  5. Any intimate innerwear or hygiene products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number, an unboxing video, and clear photos of the product.
  3. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.

Returning Goods: If a return is required as part of this resolution, you are responsible for safely packing the item; we recommend using an insured, trackable courier service. We are unable to process a replacement or refund without receipt of the returned goods or valid proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in return transit.

Refund Policy

  1. We do not offer refunds for size, colour preference, or change of mind.
  2. A refund will only be processed if a replacement cannot be provided for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  3. Where applicable, refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving and verifying the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original order. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
